Farah joins DSMA as Director of Industry Relations, bringing over 15 years of automotive experience and a strong foundation in regulation, compliance, education, media, and stakeholder relations. She developed her expertise at the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council, where she built lasting connections and became known for bridging relationships between dealers, OEMs, and government. She is recognized for her relationship-driven approach and commitment to industry development. In 2023, Farah was named one of Auto Remarketing Canada’s Top 40 Under 40. She is also a mentor with Accelerate Auto and a professor at the Automotive Business School of Canada at Georgian College, where she teaches Automotive Law and Ethics and supports curriculum development. Farah serves on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Automotive Museum and the Senior Services Network, supporting seniors across the GTA and York Region. She brings a relationship-first perspective to every engagement, with a focus on connecting people and creating opportunities across the automotive sector.
