In a strategic acquisition, Jim McManes and Mike McManes of the McManes Automotive Group in Calgary have joined forces with Mike Gignac to purchase Marine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Vancouver, BC, from Ted Warkentin. The store will move forward under its new name, The New Marine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
This transaction was facilitated by Rick Kingdon and Jonathan Pumphrey of DSMA, who were honored to represent the seller and bring both parties together for a seamless transition.
