Leblanc Volkswagen, owned by the Leblanc and Piché family since 2017, was recently sold to Shaineel Sunnassee, a well-known local figure in the powersports vehicle industry. General Manager and co-owner of the successful MLS Elite Sports – Polaris Île-Perrot and Vaudreuil dealership, Shaineel is entering the automotive dealership market by signing his first dealership with a world-renowned automotive manufacturer.
To support its application to Volkswagen, DSMA prepared a Dealer Profile Package (DPP), an essential portfolio outlining the successor’s qualifications, business plan and commitment to obtaining manufacturer approval.
The sale was officially closed thanks to the work of Manon Messier and Mélissa Samatas, transaction coordinators, supported by Wendy Durward, Director of Acquisition Management, who handled communications with Volkswagen throughout the process.
The new buyer of Leblanc Volkswagen was also keen to share his enthusiasm, following their successful collaboration:
