DSMA is proud to announce the sale of Fortier Ford from Fortier Auto (Montréal) to Groupe Automobile GENX.
This acquisition represents a strategic expansion for Groupe Automobile GENX in the Montreal region and reflects their continued investment in the future of automotive retail in Quebec.
As of October 31st, 2025, the former Fortier Ford dealership building has closed its doors and will be operating out of a temporary facility next to Groupe Automobile GENX’s Mercedes-Benz Montreal-Est dealership. Plans are underway to construct a brand-new facility in the same area, where Fortier Ford is projected to continue its operations.
We extend our congratulations to both parties and thank Michel Salotti, Francis Salotti and Maxime Genereux, former owners of Fortier Ford, for entrusting DSMA with this important sale and transition. This transaction was successfully supported by Gracielle Sills, who carried out this transaction with a masterful hand and who represented the sellers and worked closely with both sides, alongside the DSMA support team.
