We had the privilege of exclusively representing McGrath Automotive Group in this transaction, working closely with him to achieve his goals and ensure a smooth and strategic transition. The deal was facilitated by Bill Fields and the team at DSMA, whose expertise and hands-on support helped bring both parties together.
Krause Auto Group is a respected name in automotive retail, with a strong presence across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. With this addition, they continue their strategic expansion in the Southeast.
