This transaction brings together a Quebec-based dealer group and three dealerships in the Midwest, demonstrating the opportunities that can emerge when buyers and sellers connect across markets. For Groupe Olivier, the acquisition represents a significant milestone in its growth and its first expansion beyond Canada.
