ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION FOR DSMA IN BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA
DSMA is proud to announce the sale of Spunky’s Motorcycle Shop in Parksville, British Columbia. This transaction was led and facilitated by Jonathan Pumphrey and Rick Kingdon of DSMA.
Founded over four decades ago by Simon Holt, Spunky’s Motorcycle Shop has built a strong reputation serving Parksville and the broader Vancouver Island region, including Nanaimo, Duncan, Victoria, and Courtenay. Through his passion for the powersports industry and dedication to his customers, Simon developed a respected and successful dealership and is now stepping into a well-deserved retirement after many years of ownership.
The dealership is well known among motorcycle enthusiasts for its wide selection of new and pre-owned motorcycles, ATVs, and personal watercraft, as well as its knowledgeable staff and commitment to exceptional customer service. Under the new ownership and leadership of VI Powersports, Spunky’s is well positioned to continue serving the riding community with the same dedication and expertise customers have come to expect. Specializing in leading brands such as Yamaha, Kawasaki, KTM, and GASGAS, the dealership also provides a full range of after-sales services, including expert maintenance and repairs by factory-trained technicians, along with a broad selection of riding gear and accessories.
We thank all parties involved for their collaboration and professionalism throughout this transaction and congratulate everyone involved on the successful completion of this important dealership sale. We also extend our sincere congratulations to Simon Holt on an outstanding career and wish him all the best in retirement.
If you are considering selling or expanding, reach out to Jonathan Pumphrey or Rick Kingdon to find out how we can support your business’ growth.
