Auto Gallery Automotive, led by Sebastian Jung, has acquired Nissan of Macomb in Michigan from Art White Automotive Group. The dealership will continue operations under new ownership as part of the Auto Gallery Automotive portfolio.
This transaction was completed with DSMA acting on both sides of the process. Robert Schlicht represented Sebastian Jung and the Auto Gallery Automotive team on the acquisition side, while Shinthya Silva and Mike Funk represented Art White Automotive Group on the sell-side mandate.
