This transaction was completed pursuant to proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA”) and was led by Cory Harsh, Jeff Renaud, John Raymond and Kyle Chase, DSMA’s trusted associates for Canada, together with BDO Canada Limited in its capacity as Court-appointed Monitor (the “Monitor”).
